Working Time Regulations Declaration

I understand that this is a part time position, however, I understand that in the workplace my employers may ask me to work for more than an average of 48 hours a week in certain circumstance. I agree with the possibility of being asked of this and that I can refuse to work the extra hours when I am asked. If I change my mind about being approached with working extra hours, I will give my employer at least one month and three weeks' notice in writing to end this agreement.
